I've just watched last night's MOTD. With all the praise thrown about (deservedly so) regarding legendary players Scholes and Lampard, I felt compelled to write an article about this superb player.
There really are many many overlooked players in the English game and he is one of them.
He has never had the move his talent has clearly deserved but that could just be the man - happy to stay out of the limelight.
He is so consistent - I cannot recall too many mistakes over the years and he makes blinding saves (including yesterday).
Cracking player and very unsung. Admin - possible multiboard?

Good article, I swear to god during one point for Bolton was the best keeper in the world.

I totally agree with you and it's a good article. He's an incredible goal keeper and I too actively thought he had a cracker vs Everton - got me wondering if it was a one stop blast from the past cos I can't remember too many other of those performances this season. Nice to remember his ridiculous Bolton days...quality and dirt cheap too. One of the value signings of the Prem era along with Sami Hyppia.

Fantastic keeper, always seemed to have a blinder when I watched Bolton play.
Wonder why none of the 'bigger' teams picked him up..one that got away?
