Quins RL sign 2 Crusaders players

That is a step in the right direction for the Quinn's if only they could of signed McPherson as well to boost the forward pack....

I'd suggest McPherson chose to go over and try his luck with S/L in order to travel Europe because it was his manager who sort a release from his final year and South's didn't stand in his way. Somebody in need of a hard working prop/2nd-row would not have to look any further, he is not your ball out the back type but he can gain that valuable 15 yards taking 3 defenders with him when it's needed.
