Transfer Betting

Does anyone know if there are any sites that give odds for "one off" transfer happening's, ie not Cavani to Chelsea which they all have listed, one where you could pick an individual player from say the Championship to another club,
I have a feeling that the only way to do this is to call and ask for a price, in which case any prior knowledge would be out and the price would drop dramatically
