I`m an ardent royalist. I visit the Queen Vic and the King George pubs on a regular basis around where I live. I even use the kebab house on the corner of my road just to keep Phil the Greek happy.

Is this for real?

If you don't like a discussion then don't get involved with it. It's not mandatory for someone to comment on articles regardless if it's on your teams board, regardless of whether it's football-related. I'm sick to the back teeth of the following topics:

- anything pro-David beckham
- the England squad/team
- mourinho being treated like a hero
- premature wumming
- probably a few others I can't think of...

So guess what? I don't read them and go straight to the ones of interest to me

- premature signing announcements

The real debate here though is moderation standards, what gets removed and what stays. To involve a user in said decision effectively makes the admins users with their own opinions.. should be a policy decision IMO, regardless of who you are the article is suitable or not, end of.

We could be about it and say everything should stay, but we'd have 10 bullshat articles a day by Maf on our board and no-one would bother.
