Just how good was he in his prime and, ignoring the past 10 years, how highly do you rate his career?

Kamran
Pacquiao will put on a masterclass against a very tough big hitting, young, former champion.
Rios will be dangerous as long as he is upright, should be a great fighter with big punches being exchanged throughout.

I love how D4 bigs up Rios yet derides a much better fighter in Canelo.

Who is the better inside fighter Rios or Canelo?
Rios won his title fair and square, and was not gift wrapped for him by Sulliman

Whose a better boxer?
Who hits harder?
Rios got outboxed by Alvarado.
The same Alvarado that had his ears boxed off by Breidis Prescott.

Than lost it to Abril but was gifted the win by judges. Has Rios even better someone in the same class as Austin Trout or even close?
Rios is certainly better than Canelo at walking in straight lines and getting punched in the face.

p4p Rios hits harder.
But Canelo does like fighting blow up light welters, so you probably think they fight at the same weight.

Night Kamram.

Yeah Floyd loves fighting a low pressure fighting guy, that gasses out in the second half of the fight, with poor footwork.
Rios will come to fight and fight hard. All the time he will be in Manny's face throwing punches with bad intentions.
