I don't understand U21 stuff, neither Borini or Kelly are under 21, so why can they play?

think you are allowed a few players over that age, 2 or 3 i think.

effectively it is the reserve league, just more often than not now days is made up of youngsters, probably why name change,so a bit harsh on over 21 players as would get no playing time lol.

I think it's 3 overage players allowed.

Will happen more this season for us with no Europe.

These are the games the fringe players really need to impress in.
