With the total lack of comments being made on this board, is that a litmus test for the lack of inspiration being felt by most bluenoses at the type of football/footballer being peddled down at Stans?
Is this the season where realisation finally dawns that we are doomed, for the next few years to come, to be no more than a Championship Club at best or something much more gloomier at worst [a la Wolves]?
Would we actually welcome another 'Johnny Foreigner' from Arabia/Asia/Antarctica coming a-knocking at the door with another bag'o'cash?
is it true David Beckham's gonna buy the Blues?...nah...
Early Days or Early Doors for Elsie?

Well BIB I am not so sure.
I always filter the idiots that come on here for a fight... there's more to life that arguing with people like that.
I think the reason this place is so quiet is that there seems to be no hope, no end to the Yeung saga.
How long does it take the Chinese to put a man on trial?
How many more years do we have to wait for closure?
Until we have new owners we are in limbo... not hope and no reason to post.
IMO.

Things do look pretty bleak atm. All we can do really is hope that a takeover is secured asap.
The fact that some due dilligence is being carried out by potential buyers gives us some hope that this may, but only may, happen.
Some people are suggesting that no one will buy until we eventually go into administration, but I'm not so sure. If a buyer waits to move in when we've reached that point, they could buy the club at a much cheaper price, but they'd be buying into an outfit docked 15 points and nigh-on certainties for relegation. It would be a long, hard road back from that point.
Whatever happens in the weeks and months ahead, I don't see any alternative for us other than to back the players on the field, even if they're not the best eleven that Clarke, obsessed with his 3-5-2 formation, can choose.
Tough times atm, but as the song goes 'sorrows too'.
KRO.

It has been quiet on here but went quiet last season after we were safe. I think it was Mackem who pointed out last season that people only seemed to come on here when we had been beat or played poorly. When we had played well there seemed to be less comments.
I think people have lowered there expectations this season and losing the first two home games hasn't helped things. I think we all knew we would struggle again this season but think we will finish about mid table again.
As for the owners, I have said for a long time, sooner they go the better but it don't look like it will happen any time soon. Tom Ross keeps getting fans hope's up but he knows as much about the blues as my nan!

The banter and stuff from the wolves is what forums are all about, but I think it's to do with the BBC closing the old 606 and then everyone got split and joined differnet boards so the numbers were never massive on here.
This Carson saga is like cancer, it's slowly killing the club and draining the life out of all the Blues fans. If you lined the squad up I couldn't tell you whose who no more, I've lost interest.

It's getting to the point where only the end justifies the means whereas, in years gone by, we probably would have been more interested in the means and taken our chances on the end(s).
Now with the 'dross' being served up, I agree with you MJ, interest is the biggest loser...er...that and a viler fan who thinks they're gonna do well this season!
