I would just like to add a bit of sanity to this board.
We had a team with many new players who had not played together before.
We looked the much better team for most of the match.
We were mugged 1-0 by the sc-um. This is the sort of result the relegation teams will be looking to get against us.
We outplayed them and had 57% percentage of the ball away from home against a supposedly top team.
To sum up. I don't think that there is currently a great deal of difference between the sc-um and us in early september, Come april I really believe we will be the better team. I just hope AVB is given the time to prove his worth.
Did anyone watch the game?

Glad you're not bitter

I don't see how anything in my article could be seen as bitter.

you had possession but arsenal looked both comfortable defending and more dangerous in attack. We lacked energy due to already playing every 3 days, and we got the tactics spot on.
i'd say the biggest difference is our balance, we looked better organised at the back and transfer defense to attack much better.

Perhaps if you didn't refer to them as the sc-um thenvit wouldn't sound half as bitter

It`s only 3 points, when Arsenal come to WHL, Spurs will get them back.
