The Robins V The Posh

Peterborough play Bristol (City) at Ashton Gate this Saturday.

A toughie this one, with City overdue a win at home in the league.

Will Tommy Rowe recover from injury to lead the team? Will Assombalonga prevail over Baldock? Will the result be 2-2?

A better result is possible provided that we avoid the lethargy of our display against Crawley and the type of defensive errors made against Crewe.

Here's hoping the Robins turn Red from embarrassment by 5pm.

UTP!

Hi there, TF, what's the weather like in your part of the village?

We've made a good start compared with last season, and will peak and peak, again and again.

I still think we stand an excellent chance of playing your lot next season in the Championship, unless you win promotion to the Premiership, in which case we'll play you in 2015/2016.

From a wet East of England, here's wishing the Posh team and support in the West of England good luck this afternoon, and a return to winning ways.

Can't see us winning this. Our defence is still not mature enough to keep you lot from scoring.
We always score though, so there will be goals.

Most of us are on not606. Poshminx posts there too.

Wow - nice result! No goals conceded and three goals scored, with Assombalonga prevailing (and scoring two beauts).

Bring on the Dons!

Great result for the Posh

What's your thoughts on Orient? Will they do a Tranmere and collapse, or realistically are they hoping to follow Yeovil's path to the Championship?

Cheers, SirKen. Good to see a settled Leeds doing so well.

Leyton Orient? They are continuing to deliver, so may well do a Yeovil. It's a long season, though, with the second half deciding team outcomes. We play them at home on 2nd November, so the result of that should give a firmer indicator.

Onwards and upwards for both our teams
