Who called you little Donny? Sounds like a complex.

Donnyred you just sound quite angry that's all. If you're talking about the game only then definitely your forwards were better than ours. Sounds like our midfield played well and dominated as we do most midfields in this league. In defence we started season well but since we've lost Wilson we've been leaking goals. Your comment suggested you think you have a better forward line and possibly defence than us overall. I was saying that the league table doesn't suggest this. Do you seriously think we will finish mid table? I think Donny certainly can achieve that. Forest have higher ambitions this season.

Not angry at all Canigga and yes only on about Forest in this game, I watch Rovers not Forest so am unable to comment beyond today!
If you'd have asked me pre season I'd have said Forest were definite playoff possibly above, but on today's performance, I'm afraid not. Although I accept mid table is the best we can hope for, your aspirations should be considerably higher.
You've conceded 6 goals in 3 games against weaker opposition, that doesn't bode overly well, but you tend to score at least as many!
On revs point he may have hit the point, your keeper reminds me of ours last season!

Fair enough but I think you're wrong about us not finishing top 6. Like you say, it's one performance and you can't tell much from that. We've got a lot of improving to do but we'll finish in the play offs with this squad and manager. Anything less will be a big failure.

My summing up of the game today lads:
Forest are the best we have played this season and we had to battle hard for our desreved point.
I said at 3pm that i didnt like the look of our line up with us having no true wide players out there.
This left the fullbacks exposed every time Forest attacked and i am amazed that we only conceded one in the first half.
Macheda was fairly quiet but he did put his chances away well, something we havent been able to do.
Brownie continued to prove himself as a target man of the highest quality and Wellens was outstanding yet again.
His pass to set up the second goal was special indeed.
Wabarra looked poor again to me but he wasnt helped by the lack of help from Robinson who frequently failed to get back and help him, leaving him one against two too often for comfort.
However his general performance wasnt good and i was pleased when Quinny took over in the second half.
We looked a better balanced side when Copps replaced Theo in the second half.
Jones and Khumalo were outstanding today against a real handfull in Henderson.
I have to agree with Cannigia in that Forest look good enough for the playoffs and also that we could achieve a mid table place.

As always Hound, a balanced and fair assessment. Early days yet but its begining to take shape and 16th or 17th looks likely to me but a long way to go yet.

Hound,
I thought Webara's performance at Watford was questionable but the reason may well be he is carrying an injury as he had a pain killing injury before the Forest game.
I have only watched one and bit games this season but I have been very satisfied with the Young Dicky system of play.

Alex, i too have been happy with the way that PD has has the team set up, up to yesterday.
I cant say he was wrong with the line up though as we got a point against avery good team and the means justified the end i suppose.
We were however, in my humble opinion, not as solid defensively and i think we were lucky not to concede more than twice.
Still, i have to say that PD knows more about the game than i do and more about what he expects the players to do also.
Captain Jones has also been carrying an injury for the last two games and has not been at his best but yesterday he showed what he is made of with a real captains performance.

hound i couldnt make it yesterday, but we both said last season that brownie is a quality player and he looks fitter now.and quinn was our best player for me in second half of last season, really unlucky not to start and his best position is centre back for me.

Lanza (love fest? ).
I hope PD agrees with us as well as i would be more comfortable with Quinn at right back.
