What is the difference this year, is the loss of J Brayford? or Roberts making the backline even more porous, is the team just turning up and expecting to win based on last year, some say teams are playing to stop us and catching us on the break, can we not handle the pressure of playing at home. Is it just bad luck?
I hope it turns around soon(not the next week though) COYR!

Clough out , Freedman in.
Would be a laugh to morph the lot.
Things are following a pattern.
Derlton Counterers.
Manager: Nigie Freeough.
A match made in Heavell.

Also forgot to mention Jacobs probably did more in 15 mins than Ward did in 75..

Burnley and Leicester pushed 3 onto our defence to deny us the time to play out this was the first team who sat deep against us and still beat us so I don't think it's we've been found out I think it's we've failed to play well enough.
I think our main problem is the unwillingness to substitute Bryson and Hughes, Hughes looked knackered from the off, his tracking back was lazy, he struggled for pace and was hiding from the ball, granted he was pushed out to the left a little more but I couldn't believe Eustace came off and not him.
Agree with the comments about us lacking confidence as soon as the goal went in all the players started pointing at Grant to pass it to someone else.
Wards comments were interesting about us getting on their backs, I think |Savage said something similar, you could see they froze today and with tactical naivety in the substitutions it was an absolute shower.
I'm not switching allegiances but I hope Nigel is called to account on this and lastly can we stop booing the players when they're not going anywhere with the ball, it automatically makes the players try and make a Hollywood pass and give the ball away.

Thought the crowd was a bit better today, for an hour anyway.
I don't agree with Nigel pretending that we played well, defensive errors aside, WE DIDN'T!
It was a flat 4-4-2 for the most part today. One without any feckin wingers!!! Play some feckin wingers at home!!! Replace Hughes & Ward with Albrighton & Jacobs and we'd have a bit of feckin balance!!!

Not to worry, I bet it was another 33,000 sell out wasn't it?

Plus it looks like Sunderland want their record back. Every cloud and all that.

if I was manager of a pub team that was due to play Derby, I would tell my players to push Derby out wide, because Derby are rubbish at crossing and have nobody in the box, but more importantly, Derby are very good playing through the middle.
I don't think I need to say anymore than Nigel Clough could be outwitted by a div like me.
Oh... Clough out!
I challenge anyone to defend that!

I think the question, Dixie, is:
How are Cardiff dealing with the loss of John Brayford?
-because he's certainly not playing for them.

So what's your point exactly? Are you saying Brayford was not a good player for us? I would have to disagree and quite honestly I don't give a stuff whether Cardiff are playing him or rate him.
Our already shaky defence looks even more unconvincing without him.
And I can't believe a couple of people slating Hughes. He did his best to bring us back in to it single handedly, scoring a great goal and covering every blade of grass after that to try and get the ball and get something going. His booking was a pathetic decision by a pretty poor ref too.
Oh and Clough out

Funny how people see football games differently.
I thought Derby were set out poorly yesterday and we never really attacked Reading with any momentum until the last 15/20 minutes.
Reading had so much space down our right flank yesterday it was unreal and Hughes was having to come out wide far too often to cover, when he should have been in the middle.
I fail to see what Eustace brings to the side and for me he was on the pitch for 64 minutes too long.
Readings centre half had Martin in his back pocket all afternoon and he should have been replaced rather than Russell.
Clough left it far too late to make changes, which seems to be the norm for him and I am fast losing patience and faith with him.
