First things first, Well done City a fantastic result and performance.
City on paper can rival any club in world football, on the pitch it comes down to performance on the day.
City have spent a fortune this summer while Utd toiled with targets however i know there are a lot of doubters out there regarding David Moyes and in my opinion Ferguson himself had the same group of players and perhaps got lucky with winning the title last year due to the chasing pack dropping too many points while they should have been picking them up.
There is more chance of Rooney being out the door in January rather than Moyes and or maybe we might see a transitional phase at Utd that sees them trophyless for a few years simular to that of Arsenal.

There is literally NO chance of that happening. NONE. NADA. ZILCH.
Rooney won't be sold to a PL club so he's going to be here for at least another 2 more seasons.

City also released players like Tevez and Balotelli who would walk into most teams.
