Early season fixture bias

I don't think any of us can deny there is clear bias in the early fixtures this season after all come Saturday we will have been away to 3 of last years top 6. That's a hard start for sure but what of the others from last years top 6.

ManU just 1
Arsenal 0
Spurs 1
City 0
Everton 0

So in the first 6 weeks we play away at last years top 6 3 times whilst combined they only play 2.

Clear bias? I think so.

Its good to get them out of the way whatever the result

The flaw in that arguement is the they played United who IS a top team and didn't lose. It is early yet and a Junuary window....lots of time to make up! (fingers crossed)

I made an article on this yesterday and by my calculations City and Arsenal are the teams that are behind as they lost games that I think United, Chelsea and Spurs will almost defiantly win.

We have dropped points to Everton (A) and United (A).

United dropped points to Liverpool (A), Chelsea (H) and City (A).

These are games that both City and Arsenal can also defiantly drop points against.

City's two biggest wins did come against poor teams with poor managers, stoke away is always tough and Cardiff deserved their win.

By Christmas I'm sure there will be a better picture, spurs are up there but haven't plaid a team with real goal threat yet and 1 nil wins won't do there goal difference much good.

We are capable of beating anyone at the Etihad and with kompany back our defence is one of the best in the league.

Arsenal lack strength in depth, no way that squad is strong enough for the whole season.

Not saying city will win it but we have a good a chance as anyone.

I can't see City dropping points to City away unless Clattenburg is reffing.
