I don't follow any other league system so can't comment deciselvely on whether he is the best player in the world right now, but he is definitely the best player in britain. The way he is playing though is gonna take some beating. Genuine world class potential there. If he keeps this up for the entire season then for me you can stick him in the world class bracket.

Well I must watch on average 4/5 games a week (only top teams).

I can't say anyone has stood out in La Liga apart from Costa at Atletico and Isco at Real. (Excluding the obvious 2).

Don't know about Serie A and Ligue 1 but I doubt anyone there is doing anything spectacular (maybe Ibra but he blows hot and cold).

Bundesliga is where you might find someone to match Ramsey. I would look at Dortmund and see how Reus/Gundogan have been playing so far.

Other than that, Ramsey is certainly top 5 in Europe this season and even that is an unbelievable turn in form. Hopefully he just keeps on improving.
