Players with more majors than Nadal

How many majors will Nadal end up with? I don't think he will tie Federer with 17. IMO Nadal will end up with more majors than Bill Tilden, Pete Sampras and Pancho Gonzales but not reach Federer's 17.

I guess Nadal might end up with 15 majors.

One more RG and one more not on clay. Either one more Wimbledon or AO. He's done winning USOs.

Rafael Nadal will win 2 Australian Opens,1 Wimbledon and 4 more French Opens.So he will end up with 20 Grand Slams.

I don't understand the basis for these numbers.

Are you counting singles, doubles, and mixed in the pre- and open era?
