Just means you don't really believe what you are saying and are probably just doing it for effect, so yes a WUM.

There's no chance of Liverpool finishing above United, it's pretty unlikely we'll finish outside the top 4 and its unlikely you'll get into it. As for not even getting European football that's laughable, get yourself down the bookies and place a bet if you really believe that as you'll get some pretty decent odds!
