Which striker?

"Rosenberg averages 26 minutes per appearance over 6 games this season."
Not "six minutes" then.

I made an off-the-cuff remark, you laughed it out of town, I then did the research and proved you wrong

"Anelka meanwhile has started 3 games in succession"
Wow, that's a massive run of games

Rosenberg would bite your hand off for three consecutive starts.

"11-goal season in one of the best leagues in the world."
In that same season Grant Holt scored 15 goals in the Premiership for Norwich.

Exactly. And he'd do a much better job than Anelka too. Thanks for helping me to prove my point even further

You got your facts wrong and I destroyed you. You backtracked and came up with another fact that fails to back up your argument!

You are a crackpot, seriously
1. You have provided zero facts to back up your argument
2. I have provided several facts that back up mine
3. You resort to smileys and #hashtags to distract from the fact that you can't back up your arguments
4. You're even helping me prove my own arguments now

"You have provided zero facts to back up your argument"
Rosenberg has NEVER scored a goal for West Brom. FACT!
"I have provided several facts that back up mine"
You've provided stats from 2 seasons ago.
"You resort to smileys and #hashtags to distract from the fact that you can't back up your arguments"
You've just ended your post with a hashtag

I was trying to speak to you in a language you understand, as proven statistics clearly isn't your thing
"Any football fan with half a brain understands that for a striker to get any rhythm or semblance of form, he needs to get a consistent run of games. Rosenberg has only ONCE started two games in succession."
I wrote this earlier, and you ignored it. Because this is known by all football fans, and it goes against what you're saying. Ignore it or not, any other Albion fan on here will agree that a striker needs games if he's going to score goals. Rosenberg has never had that.
And bearing in mind that neither Anelka or Rosenberg have scored in the last 1.5 seasons, of course we need to look at the previous season. Again, having an understanding of statistics would be helpful - in 1944 the Allies were looking back at statistics from the early part of the war to help them understand their situation. Looking back at recent, relevant statistics helps you formulate opinion and helps make decisions. Like:
Striker with loads of starts and no goals = bad striker
Striker with barely any starts and no goals = who knows?

Statistics from 2 seasons ago aren't relevant as highlighted by my Grant Holt comment!
Also, Anichebe had an injury ravaged time last season but still managed 6 goals to Rosenberg's 0.
Whatever way you look at recent stats, it doesn't look good for MR.

Shame that Shaldon is banned, he posted several good articles before he was booted out. The stats in the OP make for interesting reading.
