FIFA turning a 'blind' eye again?

Noticed the use of 'laser' beams against Romania in the recent play-off game with Greece and it being a fact that it occurs with frequent regularity throughout Europe but just as frequently ignored by the media. (it's even been seen in the occasional EPL game over the past few seasons) has me wondering if this is just another "part of the game", like diving and simulation, that FIFA expect fans, players and teams to accept?
