Peterborough entertain table-topping Wolverhampton at London Road on Saturday, very much as under-dogs following their recent poor run of form and results.
Criticism from the Chairman and the need to reward the supportive Posh faithful will, I hope, inspire them to a win.
Mooney proved to be Orient's danger-man against us, and I guess Wolves's Doyle will be up for that title on Saturday.
Disappointingly, Assombalonga will not be playing following the fifth yellow card needlessly acquired in the Brentford game.
That game was a good one, with both teams playing football as opposed to the man. Wolves are a good attacking footballing team and so we shouldn't be witnessing a repeat of the defensive and points-stealing performance put on by the likes of Stevenage.
Hopefully, the Posh will be up for making it a game; and, hopefully, they will start winning again.
Tomlin, a hat-trick please - not a red card!
UTP!

Good to see that you've sold out your allocation. Enjoy the day (but not the result).

QPR player Hogan Ephraim's loan deal has been extended, which is good news for us. He'll be putting an important shift in tomorrow.
Dare I predict a 2-0 win for us.

We were gonna take him, so wouldn't be surprised to see him have a good game, thats how it works with Wolves.

He's been a fast-improving player for us and fits in well, so I wouldn't be surprised if we bought him in the January transfer window; especially, if we get a big offer for Tomlin and he goes. Hopefully he (and Tomlin) will do the business today.
A chilly but sunny start to the day here in the Peterborough area.
May the best team on the day (hopefully, us) win.
C'mon the Posh!

Just got back from the radio. The best side won

Doesn't sound that way to me.
Seems we didn't win coz we couldn't finish chances

Didn't create one clear cut chance. Not one.

Thanks, UH. I thought that game was heading for a draw until we got that free kick in the perfect position for Bostwick.
I think, on the balance, we just about deserved the win. We had more of the ball in the second half, super-sub Mendez-Laing, causing the Wolves defence all sorts of problems. Griffiths, fortunately, couldn't hit the ball on target today.
A vital win, as Preston and Brentford both won. Now let's see if we can accompany Wolves in the race for automatic promotion.
