was really point to spend over 30 mil for those two when we have lukaku and juan???
some of you or even jose trying to excuse his call allowing lukaku on loan because he need more experience, its different to play for Chelsea and everton and blabla... the fact is....would lukaku play worse then our current strikers if he gets proper chance...no, as a matter of fact I think he would score more goals for us then any other striker, we play some boring, negative football this season, one of the positive thinks is terry improvement only
buying William to bench player of the year for last 2 season, I don't buy that, jose has his ego, he doesn't wont to admit his mistakes, he made a lot, are we really better then last year???no, even under rafa we play better footy, not even mention avb lol,
I am not calling for jose to be fire pls, just point it out issues, positive or negative criticism is jose feedback, so far he doesn't impress me at all, when rafa joined Chelsea everybody expected miracle from him, there was not disharmony or any commence from dressing room or players from loan, no untouchables like now days, players were picked base on form.
many players aren't happy now, they have no chance to prove them self in match, look in kdb, matta, essien, berty, luiz, are those player no entitled make mistakes.
william & eto

i have more issue that once again the club 'put all their eggs in 1 basket' when they went after Rooney.
I voiced that concern in the summer that i was worried we'd not learned from the Modric/Robinho debacles. Nothing we've done so far has allayed those worries.

Willian and Mata are completely different players. Mata is a genuine no. 10, whereas Willian is a conventional winger. In regards to Lukaku, he is still very young, granted he is developing well, but playing for Everton and playing Chelsea are entirely different propositions. At this point in time, Eto'o is the better choice, largely because of his experience.
Also, we did play more attractive football under Benitez, but we are now much more defensively solid, and so were now able to grind out results. Southampton at home and Reading away last season would have both been victories under Mourinho.

I think in recent games our strikesr have played well. I don't see any of our current problems resulting from not having Lukaku at Chelsea..............feel it is all a red herring really when the real issues are in CM

Click, maybe English isn't the OPs 1st langauge.
He does raise some valid points for me. IMO, the money splashed out on Willian should haver been earmarked for a Modric style CM and no matter how any one on here paints it, the brutal truth is Lukaku has scored more than all our three strikers put together!
That in itself was a massive clanger by the club for me!
