I have long thought that Simon G did a great job for Leeds in getting us promoted and in achieving decent results in the Championship - especially as he was often working with both hands tied behind his back.
I want to give him special thanks for signing Ross McCormack - he is now clear odds on favourite to be top goalscorer in the division this year and he gives me great hope that we can pull off a miracle and get promoted. We are now clear 7th favourite to win the division and if we make the play-offs then anything is possible - especially when we have a goalscoring machine on the pitch. I really think that this is our year.
Grayson was a good manager and a Leeds man through and through - the hounding of him out to bring in Warnock was disgraceful but that's all in the past as we have a great manager now. So thank you Simon and thank goodness that Leeds hating wum is no longer here to spray his madness all over this thread.

Where I work the manager looks after what goes on in the work place, the "boss" sorts my contract and pay!..
Obvious some are a little different to other's, but I cant see the like's of Bates letting someone like Grayson play with his money, the same as he won't have let Warnock, or who know's, maybe even his wife!..
I do not think the manager say's who earns what, if they did then every team in the league would have the worlds best but no money to pay them!..
So I'm on the hell about nothing, but around here that's the norm!.
