Rangers' current board has been re-elected following the club's annual general meeting at Ibrox.
BBC Scotland learned earlier this week that the board had won enough support to remain in place.
Current chairman David Somers, chief executive Graham Wallace and three directors have all been re-elected.
And nominees, including Paul Murray, did not secure the votes necessary to join the board.
Malcolm Murray, Paul Murray, Alex Wilson and Scott Murdoch failed in their attempt to be appointed.
Rangers chief executive Graham Wallace won the greatest amount of support with 85.5% in favour.
Finance Director Brian Stockbridge, who came under heavy criticism from shareholders at the AGM, received 65.3%, the lowest of the five board members.
Paul Murray was backed for election to the board by 31.7%, with his fellow nominees receiving slightly less support.

You do know that there are people and companies out there, who own shares in the club, that have siply voted for the current board becasue they havent heard a proper reason for change from the requisitioners.
You do know that many shareholders in the club arent actually tied to many of these guys you all want out, and a bigger shareholding could be bought from these guys by " the blue knights" or whoever, therefore not lining the pockets of the "spivs" as you call them.
The fans own something like 12% of the club for a start
Ally owns about 2%
Mike Ashley owns about 5%
There's nearly a fifth of the club, and not a penny paid to them would buy folk houses in France!!
A 5% shareholding is all that would have been needed for the EGM these guys wanted to be forced through fcking dunkeys ago....even that was beyond these cheap skate 's FFS
