I am so happy the Fab saga is over...now we can move on.
wishes and dreams..
1. Hope the Nasri saga ends quickly, one wau or the other..we have important matches and a season to focus on. The club is bigger than any players..always..
2. Please..Please...Arsene..and management...spend the Fab income asap and get us 2 players: a top class central defender, and as good as attacking mid that you can find that wants to be with us and appreicates what Arsenal and Arsene have to offer....please..do not tell me we have too many players. I have heard that one before, like last January when Vermalean was out and we did not buy to fill in for him because "we already had too many players". Well..we all know how that ended up..the "too many players" we had ended up fading badly and barely holding onto 4th.
3. Never again, Arsene..allow any player, no matter how charasmatic and fnatastic..to become a prodigal son to you.....even prodigal sons sometimes want to go to another home....
4. Kick Arshavin's a** into high gear. With Fab and probably Nasri gone, we need more than ever Andre's exquisite ball skills in a crowd, and his passing.....
5. When no one is looking, give Song a pat on the back and an "atta boy" for giving Joey the old "gumshoe" treatement"....

Agreed. Unfortunately for us though, Cesc looks to be a lot bigger than the rest of our current team.
Not sure that Arsene will be able to spend what little cash he'll have left to suitably replace him though. The next two weeks will tell us a lot about the club's immediate future I think.
If no "super quality" player appears..? Well, you can be sure that the Kronke/Usmanov stand-off is kicking in.
Oh, and lastly... Arshavin in the middle please Arsene.
Cesc has gone now, so let's stop playing the formation you spent six seasons building round him.
