Wasn't a poor display. Most of it was good, allowing a last wicket stand of 60 odd and 25 score with 2 overs left was totally unacceptable.

The way England lost it was an ultimate bottle job. Bowling Stokes when the reliable Bopara had more overs to bowl was madness. Cook is a clueless captain and Root and Bresnan are in the team because they play for Yorkshire

Just bring them home now before they embarrass the country further

Need to have KP bk in the team imo. He is a genuine WC Batter and we dont have many in the 1 day game.

My Team would be -

Cook, Bell, KP, Bopara, Morgan, Ballance/Stokes, Buttler, Broad, Jordan, Tredwell, Onions.

You got your 4 Main Bowlers and Ravi and Stokes can pick up the rest with 5 overs each.

Problem with Eng is they don't know how to accelerate innings or how to score big tons and if they do then they don't know how to defend it by putting pressure on.

Why isnt Morgan in the test team?

England's problem has always been bowling at the death. Even with Broad and Anderson it does not get much better. They have never replaced Gough and maybe Flintoff who was good at the death.

Bowling length is only going to get walloped.
