yeah i guess so, i can remember hhh winning it after his 9 month lay off returninga month or so before but then as you point out edge won it when he returned at the rumble after his injury, as i said would be shocked if it wasent batista

Cena did in 08 as well, I don't know if Kurt Angle has a 90 day no compete clause but imagine him coming out as no.30 in his hometown, that would be quite something!
