David Moyes on Juan Mata: "He's everything I thought he was. He's a terrific footballer, a good lad to work with and he’s settled in quickly. He played well in the game, which was important because we wanted him to make a difference straight away. I'm wary that we need to give him time to settle in and not expect too much too soon, but I was impressed with his first game."

Mark Hughes: "There is a distinct top half and bottom half. Usually there's several groupings and more often than not there's teams that have tailed off at the bottom. That shows every game is important and they are going to be difficult from now until the end of the year. Our view is that we have the potential to get into the top half, so we are looking up."

Don't know why people say stoke deserved the win. Their game plan was to kick lumps out of the united players. Sure united were poor but stoke were even worse. Just bad luck for the first goal and for the second even coz the assist for it was comical.

No way are Liverpool going to lose 3 game in their next 15 games (and that's provided we win all our games).
They have played the top 6 away already

Disappointed by some of ur comments, we are Utd fans, meant to b better than this. Alot of the players in that squad are not of past Utd quality, support the side and manager, where we will get if we stop supporting them???
----------------------------------------------------------------------
All but 2 players in that squad won the league last year, won plenty of points by fighting to the death, held onto leads and kept clean sheets. The only major thing that has changed is that we now have a manger who has not tactical ability, has shown any times that he makes the wrong subs, can't inspire the players and has a back room team who cannot get us organised at the back.

Another game we lose luck goes against us deflections go against us and refs cheat us. Sunderland way ridiculous pen given, today stonewall pen not given and red card for stoke player not given. I am telling you know something is against us this season another game we like hitting the post or bar. Walters red card challenge ref uses his play acting to give a yellow yet nani against real madrid controls the ball is given a red card.

No one not even moyes could have predicted what stoke's game plan was and prepared our team for it.
It is stoke's fault for having such a horrible game plan, let's not forget the wind was also to blame. Plus their first goal was a deflection and their second goal was a lucky assist.
Did I forget to blame the ref for not giving a pen or a red card. Is there anything else I should blame while we are at it?
