Dougie embarrasses me

The Bolton News must love our club at the moment. Aside from being in the clubs pocket and not critising a manger until they've gone, the newspaper now has the biggest gobshoite ever to be in charge of Bolton Wanderers.

I've never known a manager switch his opinions in such a short period of time as out Dougie. Every week I sit and read with dread at how our manager shows himself to be incompetent at just shutting his mouth and remembering what he'd said a week ago...

Telling us all he has the teams picked weeks in advance, players capable of promotion, players not capable in this division, etc etc... I've not complied a News Of The World style dossier on him, I'm just sick of reading his quotes and listening to his drivel every week. The latest is to absolutely slam Baptiste for the sending off... If he wants to sulk, I'll get someone else in who won't make mistakes (Or words to that affect).... The guy was accused of tripping someone. Nothing more, nothing less... It was a mistake, ones made every week... And now DF has told his defender to go and sulk....

His man management style and nativity in the press is embarrassing... This is before we get into his selection and recruitment policy.

Utterly fed up and sick of the fool.

Forest get battered at the weekend, and hey ho, Billy Davies is out and rightly so....

Anyone listen to the radio interview with Dave Whelan and Jack Dearden?? Whelan made the comment that something very bad is happening at Bolton and how can you lose £150m+...!? Whelan alluded to seeing Eddie Davies recently and saying the club (Day-to-day) is being run badly....

I'm having a day of being absolutely sick of our club. From top to bottom.

If The Football League can reject the Italian trying to take over at Leeds due to due diligence, can they ask how BWFC can get in a bigger hole and nothing's done!!!!

I agree DF is a joke but PG will not sack him as then he will have to admit for the FIRST time he has made 4 wrong manager choices in 7 years and cost us single handedly 150 million plus along the way.

1. Dave Whelan often talks rot.

2. Baptiste WAS defending badly and deserved all the criticism he got.

Did Dave mention in the interview that he broke his leg in the cup final? Not a lot of people know about that. Baptiste has been a pudding for most of the season, the defensive weak link most teams try to exploit. Dougie signed him so he can't blame the previous management on that one.

WOW MT - did you get out of the wrong side of bed this morning?!

18 months ago, this would have got a guaranteed 300+ comments. Sadly there is noone left on here to disagree. Apathy reigns, because as Telford rightly says, PG won't sack DF this season, so we have no option but to hope there is some sort of plan in place for next season.

Hi CEF.... Just bored with the same rubbish whilst other clubs seem to evolve and change to circumstance... We've got an owner who leaves it to an idiot who leaves it to a manager who's planned his team selection for the next 18 months.

Come on Warnock.... Get to the Reebok!!!!

Mallorca, You are right, His comments are ridiculous, his man management is abysmal, his tactics are woeful and his tinkering with the team is unforgivable.

Zat, Dave Whelan may often talk rot but his club isn't in debt to the tune of £160,000,000 +. In this instance we all know that he is right but will anything be done about it? Well that's anyone's guess but I doubt it.
