"Gabriel Tamas could make a surprise return tonight as Doncaster Rovers aim to take a giant step towards Championship safety. The Romanian defender trained yesterday and is anxious to play a part in Rovers’ run-in after missing the last six games with a fractured cheekbone. The importance of this evening could yet tempt the Scot into risking the former West Bromwich Albion centre half."
Defenders Enda Stevens and Liam Wakefield, midfielder Marc De Val Fernandez and striker Theo Robinson will be hoping for recalls.
Bolton midfielder Mark Davies is nursing a groin strain and is a doubt. Full-back pairing Marc Tierney (broken leg) and Joe Riley (knee) as well as midfield duo Darren Pratley (shoulder) and Stuart Holden (knee) remain out.

• Bolton won the reverse fixture 3-0 in December 2013. The Trotters have won the past two meetings in all competitions, scoring seven goals and conceding none. Doncaster's last win was 1-0 at the Reebok Stadium in the old Division Three in May 1987.

• Doncaster have lost two of their past three games, after going unbeaten in their previous four.
• Their 3-1 home defeat by Birmingham on Saturday is their only loss in their past nine league games at the Keepmoat Stadium.
• Dougie Freedman believes fellow Scot Paul Dickov should be in the running for Championship manager of the year if Doncaster stay in the Championship.
• Dickov was naturally disappointed with Saturday’s 3-1 loss, but it was a first home defeat since Boxing Day.

• Bolton have lost only one of their past 10 games, winning five and drawing four.
• They are unbeaten in their past five away games, winning two. Their last away defeat was 1-0 at Ipswich on 1 February.
• Bolton legend John McGinlay has just one birthday wish as he reaches his half century – and that’s to see his beloved Whites mark the day with victory at Doncaster tonight.
• Dougie Freedman is relishing another selection headache at Doncaster tonight. The Scot is having to make tough decisions at present with some of his star men from earlier in the season sitting on the sidelines.

Good afternoon gents. Was sadly unable to get near this site last night

Only saw the result this morning

Another good result.

I think Ream will get POTY, so a difficult decision. I suspect £4m will be hard to turn down.

This Ream story is surely nothing more than his agent promoting his player so he gets a look in for the World Cup?
