Which is why those players will always get a good reaction from Leeds fans, just as Beckford does.

I'm not blaming them, I'm saying I'll pi55 myself if they get relegated. I don't owe them any loyalty.

No problem with Norwich at all, yes they have four of our ex players, but I think that says more about past regimes at our club than anything else!!

Not fussed either way, you just sound petty and bitter

Eric, I sort of agree, you do somehow want players who leave to find life outside Leeds is not so great. But in all fairness, given Ken Bates was running things at the time I can't blame any of them for actually deciding to leave. And like you I have no issue with Norwich as a club....... other than they are in the prem and we are not.

I think its probably a sad reflection on my attitudes, but can't help wanting to see the ex-Leeds contingent meeting a resurgent LUFC in the championship next season and getting pasted. Even though I know they've done nothing wrong, leaving us.

Incidentally, Sir Kenneth also mentioned Beckford, for some reason I was remembering him earlier today and when he joined Everton. I looked on their club website soon after he joined and there was a video interview. Interviewer asked something like "you must be impressed at all these premier League quality facilities, Jermaine?" to which he replied something like "not really, remember I was at Leeds" - I know he went for the cash, but in his heart he was Leeds, I am sure of it.

"That's utter rubbish, when you play one upfront, which most teams do, the striker has to do more than score one in three games."

One in three, in half a season 19, LIW, how long is your season?..

So, goals scored after he left, tell us about them!..

He was scoring goals the rest off the team weren't, but hey, its all his fault because he didn't hold play up for others!..

I am perfectly happy with what Ross is now doing, but hey, has he done any better goal wise then Becchio?..

Scored more now but at the half way mark not, maybe Becchio would have set a new record goals scored for Leeds if Warnock hadn't thought he could pull a fast one on Norwich!..

You said a bad deal all around, nope, I'd say Becchio won as far as money goes, but the biggest losers was Leeds United!..

Like you and others say now, where would we be without Ross's goals!..

Odd that, the exact same I used to ask about Mr Norwich!..

So just as bad off as then without Becchio's goals I'd think!.
