At 3-0 up with 10 or so to play NO team should not win from there, let alone a team going for the title.
It was a disgrace really to bottle it like that, but blame has to laid with Rodgers on this. He says he wasn't going for the fairytale fantasy scoreline, but his tactics at 3-0 up clearly suggest he was.
He is arguably one of the best managers in terms of creating attacking flair, but he is a schoolboy when it comes to shutting up shop.
Really bemused as to why Agger wasn't brought on instead of Moses near the end when Palace were clearly on the charge and Liverpool were rattled (and Johnson and Skrtel are seriously not the players you want at the back when the pressure is on). Agger is our most composed defender, why on earth he wasn't brought on beggers belief.
Rodgers has done a great job and we've still had an amazing season, and are back in the Champions League, but the chance has gone to go one further thanks to Rodgers' management naivety when it comes to knowing how to see a game out, and thinking it's just by scoring more than the other team.
As goal difference suggests, it's these silly goals near the end of games that have cost us the chance for the title.
Now we have to hope Man City do a similar thing to Aston Villa or West Ham and capitulate and lose one of those games, and even though there defence is also their weakest spot, I just don't see them doing it like Liverpool did.
Can only hope now!

The question is
would you rather pay through the nose at the plastic flag show to watch a team bore everyone for 90 minutes and come third at the end of the season
or
would you like to pay half as much for your ticket and watch the team playing football described by all the neutrals as the most exciting there's been in the League for years and come second at the end of the season.
Difficult one that for the village idiots on here but take your time.....

How exactly is it the LIverpool supporter's fault that the media have written about us favourably this season? Have Liverpool fans held guns to the heads of journalists and pundits? Perhaps we've kidnapped their children and forced them to write good things in return for their safety.
Also please tell me more aout this sense of entitlement that we have? I'm interested to hear about it. You must have lots of examples given that annoys you so much.
