Or not voting sends the message that everyone’s had enough of them and their system......

You voting Green isn’t going to change anything to do with the referendum, it’s no different to not voting.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And this election isnt about the referendum, but by not voting you allow pro brexit voters to highjack it and reduce the UKs power in europe.

Voting green does something about the environment, this is not a referendum on europe, i stressed that quite clearly in the post, i would say however that if the narrative that its support of brexit is going to be continued, the best counter to that is a high turnout for remain parties.

However no-one elected today has any power over brexit, if we do remain though, they have a huge say in the direction of europe, and the uks share in europe. Don't hand it to the likes of farage by not voting, just so he can ignore his duties as weak political protest.

European election turnouts are always low, boycotting the vote sends no message at all to the government, because its already been indicated in polling that turnout will be higher than ever.

People have no right to complain about brexit if they dont engage with european politics when it comes to election time.

What Wilson sales agreement?
=======
Hopefully there isn't one but he's been linked with a move to the likes of Newcastle, Southampton and Brighton for 25m. Derby also want to renew his loan deal.

Just blow up the earth and get it over and done with.

Universal suicide?

That's a genius idea. Take all the nukes and plant them deep in the crust to detonate at the same time. Go out with the planet.

Or just have everyone in the world jump up and down at the same time.

Prefer the nuke idea. I don't wanna jump up and down. Too much effort.

someone agree with me thats this woman is a moron

Experience is irrelevant apparently
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Depends on the wage. If it was 120k or less then I'd say 10% less for the exact same role is pushing it. Experience does come into it but not by that much.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Total rubbish. If you're less experienced you're paid less. I'm new to my team and my salary is a fair bit lower than the more experienced members of my team and rightly so - by a lot more than 10%.

I have no issue with it being less. I would never expect it to be 10% less no matter what the experience is though. I wouldn't take a job where I was being paid 10% less than someone else there unless they had been there for years and their incremental salary increase pushed them much higher. In this case it was two people starting the job at the same time, granted one had more experience so should be paid more, but not 10% more.

I would only accept that, if there was a pathway to the higher wage everyone else had, otherwise its just wrong.

Who's to say there isn't?

I'd be pretty fed up if I'd been doing a job for years, being paid incrementally more as I build up skills and experience for somebody to be promoted into the same role and be paid the same as me without that experience and those skills just because they are female.
