Hi Guys, hello and welcome to Canadian GP Race Thread. I appreciate I’m a little early with this but I will be travelling over the next couple of days so may not have time for it. Monaco is over, with Rosberg doing a Schumi, Hamilton spitting his dummy out and chucking his toys out of the pram, Marussia getting their first points and Seb breaking his car once again .
With the controversy surrounding Monaco stirred up mostly by the press, Canada should be interesting. Renault has also promised that their engines will be at a 100% for this race. I however believe a safe bet for a win would be a Mercedes powered Engine with Ricciardo continuing his dominance over the finger.
Without further ado, let us begin;
Circuit: Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve
Circuit length: 4.361 km
Number of corners: 14 (6 left, 8 right)
DRS zones: 2
Race laps: 70
Race distance: 305.270 km
2014 tyre compounds: Soft, supersoft
Circuit lap record: 1m 13.622s - Rubens Barrichello (2004), Ferrari
Most wins (driver on the grid): 3 Lewis Hamilton;
More stats; http://www.formula1.com/news/features/2014/6/15902.html
Please also join our prediction game at www.zdkf1.com, we are doing well this season. If we had more experts on there, we could run away with the championship.
Thread Rules;
There is only one; do not píss me off
So without further ado, gentlemen, start your power units

Had to laugh at Tyldesley's comment yesterday: "Honduras beat Costa Rica in a recent friendly, so going by tonight's showing we don't have much to worry about from Central American football."
Aye, nothing to worry about. Apart from the fact that England failed to score against them, even when playing against ten men.
Such misplaced arrogance. And people wonder why "Anyone but England" exists?

Really winds me up as they talk us up so much and we fail.
I'm part italian so when England gets eliminated, I'll support italy

I'm all Scottish, no glory for me.
I've noticed a lot more England fans getting wound up about it too. The "EASY" nonsense for the 2010 World Cup certainly riled a few.

Yes, 2010 was another disaster. The problem is. We are reliant on crappy midfielders
