A year ago, when David Moyes remarked about the first five PL fixtures being so tough (we played the top 3 in those first 5 games) he was really castigated. Comments along the line of 'already getting in his excuses'.
Is it just me, or hasn't LVG just done similar? He's stated that he'd never have agreed to such an intensive pre-season tournament schedule and how it'll harm our chances.

On another note our deal with Chevrolet for 357 million only leaves us only 118 million short of the current value of Liverpool according to Forbes.
