As a reminder here is the format for this competition.
- The usual points system applies.
- The score at 90 minutes is what we predict on.
- The points accumulate for as long as we are in the cup competitions (Capital One, Johnstone's Paint and FA Cup). When we have bowed out of all 3 the individual with the most points lifts the cup.
We have a bye in the first round of the Johnstone's - in recognition of the fact that we have never won a game in it probably.
Frank Ashton currently holds this trophy.
I think a load of our fringe players and a handful of first teamers will lose 0-2 to a load of their fringe players and a handful of first teamers.

As long as the boys make a good account of themselves it does not bother me if we win or lose.
Don't get me wrong, if we win I will be punching the air and wondering who we will draw next.

Thanks Don. Quite frankly it was quite a comfortable win.
Sorry Marco, the betting office closes at kick off time. You didn't miss out on much - just the point for predicting. Your 1-3 was off target as we brushed aside Wigan with ease. It was only their second team but you can only beat what is in front of you. Besides, that 11 for them should feel they have something to prove - ie they deserve a starting place.
