We need a striker and a DM

What happened today to show we need a DM?

How did today's game, where we bossed possession but couldn't create chances and conceded from a set piece, serve as an example of why we need a DM? None of the DMs linked with us can pass better than Arteta, and if you have over 70% of the ball then he's more the kind of guy you need.

Not saying that we don't need that DM btw, but today the front 5 just didn't link up well at all, which is why we gave the performance we did. How would someone like Carvalho have helped with that?

Our hold up play wasn't great.

Today was nothing to do with lack of dm, absolute moron

Soon it will be though when we come up against a better midfield or a fast counter attacking side.

Outclassed? Chamakh put himself about and was an effective nuisance. Hardly outclassing anyone.
