You missed a real treat. It was a great performance and a very memorable win against a team with;

- Million pound salaries
- Million pound signing fees
- Internationals

I was scathing of the players and their performance at Newport and rightly so but every Brewers player on that pitch deserved a 10/10 rating last night.

I went for my Mansfield ticket after the game and was interested in the rope cordon leading to the players coach. I went to look closer and there was a small cluster of professional autograph hunters there.

I decided to hang around and over a period of about 20-30 minutes and one at a time the QPR players and 'Arry and Joe Jordan appeared. To their immense credit they signed numerous autographs, chatted to everyone and posed for photos. Nothing was too much trouble. It was all done with smiles despite them looking extremely weary and shell shocked.

Well done QPR football club.

There was only one player who ignored everyone politely asking for his autograph. He just walked briskly past everyone and got straight on the coach. Adel Taarabt.
