So ... who are we linked with today

If you were to believe everything you read - here are today's contenders:

Cerci
Rabiot
Sokratis
Benzema
even Falcao back on
Welbeck has gone quiet and yesterday's stupid rumour of Zigic has gone away too.

must be some more on the list but I've forgotten but I reckon Cerci could be a good deal.

other news: Diego Costa out for around 6 weeks. Will that mean he will miss the game against us?

He could be 55 and he would still scare the chit out of us and score.

Have to agree with this. Really can't see Wenger signing anyone else of note. Looks like Wenger has accepted that 1st or 2nd is beyond us and that present squad can make 3rd or 4th without any additions.

I don't agree with this philosophy but Wenger is very stubborn.

No information or evidence to suggest that AW will not bring anyone in.

AW’s demeanor and attitude in defeat also suggest that he would never accept second best - irrespective if you agree with his philosophy or not.

He's been accepting 2nd best for a decade, unless you haven't noticed?

Captain Ron

Have you ever witnessed AW when we lose (pitchside or during interviews etc)?

This is an individual who has dedicated his life to bettering AFC for the best part of two decades, and whether you agree with his decisions or not, he is certainly not someone who is prepared to accept second best.
