Oops, I got confused with who he was was talking about. Yeah, Frimpong also deserved a card. Could have walked for an earlier tackle which he didn't get a yellow for. But he's young, he'll grow up and learn.

Then again, looking at some of the 'older, more experienced' players around football at the moment (Barton, anyone?), who knows!

Regardless, Gervinho raised his hand and hit Barton in the face, no matter how softly. I said it was harsh, but as the officials apparently didn't see the build-up, I'm not surprised. I agree, should have been a penalty as he didn't dive, but then we're gifted with the benefit of slo-mo replays. It would have been difficult to spot in real time. But that is the officials' job...

Either way, like being the PM, I don't envy their jobs!
