After the glory days of Big Sam.They haven't give any manager a chance
None have been any good,but the supporters are the best in the country!!!!!!,
Sammy Lee , Gary Megson ,Owen Coyle,And now Dougie freedman.
The players confidence must be zero every time they walk out on the pitch,
Barracking ,Abuse, Moans & Groans. The worst atmosphere in the Championship on match days.
Who will want the job at BWFC not many takers is my bet.
Its time to get behind the team , encourage cheer give them your support
All this jeering is going to do is make us drop another division.
The fans , the team, the manager should all be as one.
Leeds have been down for years,they have had a good number of managers ,better crowds,but they are still down there ,ok we lost but we were by far the better team!!!!!!!!! .
And with the supporters behind the team and the manager we may just start to improve ,maybe not this year or next year but with new players coming through we may start going in the right direction a lot quicker than Leeds Utd the changes in management hasn't done them much good..

Freedman is no doubt a good coach - as all I've heard is good things from a coaching point of view.
As a manager he's lacking somewhat. This is where Lenny should help - obviously he's not.

Sadly in all disasters like aircraft and ship losses you have to perform root cause analysis to find out what happened. It would normally start by one significant event which then triggers a serious of other events leading to a disaster. After the event we all know what causing the sinking of our ship and how it could have been averted don't we !
Doing something similar at the club it all leads back to further questioning of the chairman is required. It does look as if the refusal to spend cash in the Big Sam days when he requested it could be the first and critical event Too many close calls since then with epic borrowings leading us to today where we find ourselves with a manager owning a blank cv learning his trade at a failing club.
Too may unanswered questions. Can a bigger disaster be averted ?
I doubt it. Armageddon will be our big disaster its looming just around the corner.
