I don't play golf so don't profess to be an expert, but love watching the Ryder Cup and my prediction is that Team Europe will be too strong for the USA - it will be close again.

Rules: Be nice to each other

It was nerve wracking listening on the radio, as it must have been watching it live !!

I was thinking about if Europe had a man of the tournament, but honestly thinking it was a total team effort. Agree?

Real team effort but if I had to pick one, Justin Rose really came into his own this week.

Special mention for rookies Jamie & Victor, they will play many more.

Good points. Agree about the rookies too - future Ryder Cup team looking strong - and probably some new names that haven't featured in this one - who knows.

Luke Donald will be determined to come back.

And yes new names will make the breakthrough

In contrast to the USA, who were broken before they even started - the Americans bang on about team ethics with all their silly jingles and acronyms, but when it comes to the crunch their egos and self-adoration nearly always ruin things for them.

They were a team so divided that their elder spokesman had to switch his attention to dividing Europe. As for Reed - what a horrid piece of work he is.

Why was Reed "a horrid piece of work"? I liked his passion and pugnacity, which several of his teammates lacked.
