David Ospina

Looking forward to watching him make his debut this week and I hope he can keep a clean sheet and provide decent competition for Shezza

One thing I'm a little worried about is his height, he's only 6'0 and that's pretty short for a keeper. He's a good shot stopper but I worry about his aerial presence which as we all know, is vital in this league.

The likes of De Gea and Reina really struggled with that side of things but through consistent playing time were able to improve, I don't think Ospina will have that luxury and I hope he doesn't get exposed when called upon.

Anyway he's a good keeper and as a player that's plied his trade in France for a while I trust Wenger's judgement in recruiting him and as mentioned earlier I look forward to seeing him make his debut for us

I think Ospina will start Champions League games soon, needs to get a basic grip of English first (don't assume he speaks it)

Southampton are a very good team and if they play a near full strength side I'd like to see players on the fringes of our match day squads start as opposed to a lot of the academy players tbh.

It's a good opportunity for some players who I believe would improve our first XI to prove themselves

---------------------Ospina
--Bellerin--Chambers----Hayden----Brandon
----------------Coquelin--------Diaby
-----Campbell----------Rosicky------------Ox
---------------------------Podolski

Maybe Wilshere as he didn't start on the weekend.

Strong chance Hayden could be thrown in at some point between now and Jan so should get some experience.

Brandon might have to play as Monreal is out and it's not worth risking Gibbs.

Diaby needs match practice, Coquelin can show he can compete for the DM role he's got much more ability than Flamini.

Podolski looks to be our backup CF at the minute so should show what he can do there.

Yeah I'm going. I'm going with my dad who supports southampton. We're sitting with the arsenal fans, hopefully he doesn't show to much joy if southampton were to win, especially by a big margin!

I hope we don't play to many of the youth team. Southampton could easily knock out an inexperienced arsenal team. Would be very disappointing to go out in first round. Think if we get a hard tie we should try and play a strong team. If in next round we get a championship team, then play the youth.

Judging by koemans comments looks like they'll take it very serously. So I expect a pretty strong squad from them.

Looking forward to seeing ospina play!

Fabianski was always the better keeper than szez. He had that spell at the start of his career where he made mistakes and that always hung over him.

Hes also very unlucky as when he did get a run of games ie 5 or more he got injured for a few months and lost his place. That happed twice to the lad when he was on top top form. Swansea have got a great keeper for free and its showing in there performances this season.

Disagree. Shezza has made the No. 1 spot his since 19 that's a baby when we talk in keeper years. He had a great loan spell then bigged up himself to get a chance in goal and never looked back.

Confidence also takes you a long way in this game as a keeper.

There is not a hope in hell that BOO will play tomorrow, Inventor.

We should play all youth and back up. There is no point risking any first teamers we have ended trophy drought so I'm not too concerns with winning this. I would even rest Chambers

Saying that I think we could win this as we have a very deep squad in midfield and attack. I think JC will shine. Depends on how well the young defenders do

I agree, that was the team I'd like to have seen can't afford to risk Gibbs however but probably likely to see Coquelin left back if not Kieran

Which is unfortunate because I'd like him to show his capabilities in the middle
