Bolton 3-1 Brentford

Bolton boss Neil Lennon hopes to have striker Joe Mason and midfielder Liam Trotter (both hamstring) fit for his first home match in charge.

Midfielder Mark Davies (knee) is a doubt and left-back Marc Tierney (broken foot) will remain absent.

Defender James Tarkowski returns to the Brentford squad after suspension.

Winger Stuart Dallas (thigh) and midfielder Tommy Smith (knee) are pushing to return from recent spells on the sidelines.

• This the first meeting since Bolton won 3-2 at Griffin Park in the League Cup in October 1995.

• Brentford won their last meeting in the league 2-1 away in the old Division Three in April 1992.

• The two teams have won six of the last 12 meetings in all competitions.

• Both sides have won three of the last six meetings at Bolton in all competitions.

Bolton

• Bolton have lost six of their last seven games in all competitions, winning one. Their only win since 16 September was 1-0 at Birmingham in the Championship last Saturday.

• The Wanderers have won only one of their six home games in the Championship this season. Their only league win at the Macron Stadium was 3-2 against Rotherham on 16 September.

Brentford

• Brentford have lost only one of the last five games, winning two and drawing two. Their only defeat since 20 September was 2-1 at Watford on 30 September.

• The Bees have lost two of their last three away games, drawing one. Their last win on the road was 2-0 at Rotherham on 30 August.

He's made a massive difference in the attitude of the players, haven't seen the team be so positive for years.
This after only a couple of weeks. Really pleased with the appointment.

Do you live down sarf. If I was travelling all the way from here, i'd prob suffer the Norwich end. But if I lived close, i'd def fork out for the Bolton end

Friday is the worst day for travelling. Sky have no consideration for travelling fans. Probably take 8 hours to get there.
