Missed a few games

Surely you must have beaten that minnow club Bournemouth? Being the massive club Blues are, surely they were no match at all.

Irritating when things come back to bite you on the Barce isn't it.

It'll take a lot of thumping of you boys by QPR to wipe out the memory of our game!
If they did thump you I dread to think what a smiling 'Arry would look like...sends shivers down my spine thinking about it...
Best of luck!
Here's hoping Jack Grealish [a mate of mine's son] gets on the score sheet, if he's picked.

I would usually come on and give the Blouse fans a bit of a bashing, but what is happening is a disgrace.

How a club can be allowed to sink to these depths is scandalous.

I just can't see a way out for them.

The fans have got to come up with a solution, which may mean boycotting games.

Villa fans would not put up with this!

It's rather warming to see some constructive support from our local rivals on here: I don't mind the wum merchants because that's all part of the game, but it's good to see the more pragmatic posters post on here with some sympathy for our dire situation. So thanks for that

Fair play to your lot, having gone through the last couple of years and coming out the other side with a shot at the PL.
I think if we went down in the current state, that would be the end of us as we don't seem to have the bounce or resource that you lot ultimately demonstrated you did have.
I think the FA/FL want certain clubs to start to go to the wall as they ultimately want to end up with an elite group of teams say 40 or possibly 60 [such as the Bundesliga with leagues of 20 teams] rather than the 90+ there is at present.
They have no interest in struggling cubs, like us, or teams like Fleetwood, Newport County et al, teams like that which are perceived unfashionable/not fashionable.
This is why the 'unsavoury tyoes' are allowed to come into the game, passing the fit and worthy test, or whatever it is called, and if they make a success, such as Chellski, all well and good, but if they fail such as us with Yeung, they could care less as that's one team they can pare off without having to do much, while they sort out their plans for EPL 1 & 2.
Of course it helps having a track record, even from yesteryear, as it adds to the 'continuity' of the clubs of old and adds to the 'its been here for years' attitude that they want to cultivate with the PL and/or Championship.
That's why the likes of Soton, Swansea, Bournemounth, PNE will always get short shrift with regards to getting the rub of the green when it matters most ie promotion and/or inclusion into the premier Premier leagues.
When the likes of WHUFC will most likely be the subject of massive buyouts once they move to the Olympic Stadium, it will show you that certain entities are favoured [certainly with a SE bias] but also clubs getting gifted stadiums [such as Man City] to the detriment of other clubs, then allows them to be bought out by parties [who could even easily afford to build one from scratch] with much less outlay on their part and shows you that money talks when it suits.
There is no such thing as the PL/FL wanting to level the playing field so that clubs can compete on an even keel, that would take the elitism out of it.
Disjointed rant over, you'll be glad to know!
KRO, as the end of the road may be nearer than we think.

Football today is a disgrace and your right some teams are favoured more than others!!!

Belive me as bad as it was going down to league 1 I have to admit It was a good laugh and you get to go to grounds you aint been to before!!! I was one of the 10,000 that went to MK Dons that was just amazing you could never do anything like that in the championship! Plus you lot can win more home games!
Put the kids in the fans will come back, I said it last season when you stayed up it was the worst thing for you!
I do love the Wolves/Brum games and do hope we smash you sat still!!!

The fit and proper test is a complete joke and any club that takes on a Thai owner is asking for trouble. I can't believe the arrogance of Vincent Tan (a Malaysian national) at Cardiff, changing their shirts from blue to red, or that Egyptian guy at Hull insisting on changing their name to Hull Tigers. These guys care zero for history and tradition and everything for their own egos. Carson Yeung and Peter Pannu have been the death of Birmingham City.

no big city club has gone out of existence yet and i dont believe one will
wolves have gone bankrupt twice remember and even glasgow rangers - in a guiness book of records of mine from the 70s classsed as the worlds biggest football club - can go bust
but they come back
what has to be done though is to get rid of the crooks. no-one with a brain is going help blues while they are there. and if that means the fans boycotting the club to hasten a bankruptcy so be it
when that happens pressure from the fans and birmingham city council should insist that the club is put in the hands of trustworthy people
with hard work and honesty blues will come back and all decent fans of other clubs will e cheering you on
