Next Arsenal manager

Just wondering who everyone would like.

For me personally it's got to be big Carlo. Proven, will address issues in the team, knows the league, won in Europe, big name. Perfect for us.

Imo if he leaves Real at the end of the season we should be trying to get rid of AW imo.

Will be interesting to see if Klopp has what it takes to turn around Dortmund's season.

I doubt he has. They are 4th from bottom and not even sure they have faced a Bayern yet

Simeone and Klopp seem to be the ones most fans want.

As an alternative option, I think Marcelo Bielsa is an incredibly underrated manager. An absolute master in the art of pressing, and plays the sort of high-tempo football most fans have been crying out for.
It's still early days, but he's doing very well at Marseille so far.

Those 3 would probably be my preferred choices. But as has been mentioned, Rudi Garcia has a very good track record, and I've always thought Unai Emery was very underrated as well, so those two deserve mentions.

Problem is DaStuDogg none of those 5 have managed in England.

Imo Carlos is by far the best option. Pep no thanks.

Henry is abt to retire from football. Time to do his badges if he is serious abt the claims he has made in the past in wanting to coach. If wenger goes to the board after his contract ends I could see Henry as no.2 for his last season and management afterwards.

Ancelotti would be very good, but unlike the other names I mentioned, I don't think there's any chance we'd be able to tempt him away from his current club - Madrid are a bigger club than us in pretty much every respect at the moment.
Of course, if Madrid get rid of him, then he'd definitely be one of my top candidates!

To be completely honest, I don't know if we'd be able to get Klopp or Simeone either, as these guys would probably have their pick of clubs if they chose to leave their current employers.
My comment was actually a copy-and-paste from a similar article a few weeks ago in which the general consensus was that it should be Simeone or Klopp.

I don't have a problem with bringing in a manager that hasn't managed in England, providing that the language barrier isn't an issue. From a tactical standpoint, there's no reason why the tactics implemented by Bielsa, Garcia and co. couldn't work in the Premiership.

Not sure if Henry is management material, wasn't that impressed with him as a pundit during the WC... if things don't go well would be sad to see fans turning on him.

We'll only know if he decides to coach.

And I wouldn't care too much abt what henry says as a pundit. You have to be very careful what you say if you want to get back into the game.

That aside, I don't think Henry would make a good manager. Not got the brain for it. Bergkamp might, but he'd be best as an assistant manager in my mind.
