Why do I feel so much more forgiving towards Fab than I do Nasri??

You guys are being harsh on Nasri.
I definitely would.....

He contributed a lot more and had stayed on despite wanting to leave for a couple of seasons. He also signed a contract extension back when Barca were first trying to get him, so that we could get his worth. On top of that, he could have gone elsewhere for more money, but his move was motivated by family/homecoming as much as glory.
Nasri refused to sign a new contract and moved to leave the second a club with big wages and glory-potential came calling.
The differences between the two are massive, to be honest.

rhackw: For the first time I dont agree with you at all. Fabregas is a liar and worked since the end of the World Cup in our back to put the move through this time. In the media he always tries to be Mr. Niceguy who is happy at Arsenal. He left us in a bad position and give a f... of us all and what happend at our beloved club. I must not mentioned his behaviour not even wear our shirt for preparation games. Disgusting and unforgiveable in my eyes.
You can blame Nasri only on a morale side. His behaviour was always first class and I think its Wenger or the board fault to believe that he would have sign a new contract when they already knowing that City or United is our competitor . So I am not happy that he is gone but he wasnt lying at least.

gunnerthru, you sound like a person who has been unlucky in love, and is now consumed with hatred for the one once loved.
OF COURSE it's true - if not, and if he really cared so little and just wanted to leave - why didn't we simply sell Fabregas to the highest bidder?

Stepanov: Its obvious you can not read. We couldnt sell him to the highest bidder becauce Mr. Niceguy wanted to go only to Barca as we all know. You criticise Nasri for leaving for money but forget that Cesc Fabregas left us in a mess.

He left us in a mess but it's not like we didn't get fair warning.... I'd blame our management for the mess more than anything, and Barca.

darwin, I agree. He left because the team weren't strong enough, the Board weren't ambitious enough, and Barcelona management were manipulative swine.
