But bodes well for the future.

I give him the accolades for the appointment regardless. He made a fantastic decision, give him credit!

Well said. Let's keep our feet on the ground. To suggest automatic promotion after only just getting out of the bottom is optimistic. I applaud your optimism. As Benny says we have been here before.

I don't think anybody is suggesting automatic promotion after such a short period into Lennon's tenure but I for one won't rule anything in or out. We have enough games do accomplish either or none.

One thing is for sure, the club, the fans and this forum have a whole different perspective of what can be achieved this season, than we had a few weeks ago prior to Lennon's appointment.

Good to see Lennon having a positive impact at Bolton. I know some Norwxih fans who were mightily frustrated their club didn't go for him!

I think Neil's made a superb start but that's all it is a start. We need to be a lot further down the road before we can really say if this is working for him or for us.

As to Gartside, well, were it up to me he'd already be unemployed anyway because his last four appointments and his constant waffling about how we're NOT in financial trouble when a two year old could see how bad the mess really is should have been enough to see him off for gross incompetence. Even an idiot can get lucky once in a while though and if this works then fair enough the credit goes to Gartside just as the blame for lee, megson, coyle and freedman lie at his door.
