Back Nige or sling your hook

Its becoming pretty clear these Yanks are at it again , conning the good folk of Derby with false promises..
My message to them is , Back our manager or sell at a loss, we are at a point where the right couple of signings would make people take us seriously , none of us believe this team is going up , but they are running their socks for the manager and the fans at present..
Has Glick gone ???
One of the investors has had his money back , because he has no faith left in GSE.
What happens when others follow suit ??
Lets have a statement of intent from GSE , because its all gone quiet over their.

Fair enough Mate, but you've really confused me now. You are a staunch defender of anything GSE (apart from yesterdays article), yet they are the ones responsible for your lack of faith! It is their porogative to hire and fire Managers, yet they have always been adamant that NC is doing a great job and they have every faith in him. The way I understand it, the main priority when he came was to get that wage bill down, which he has done, but obviously there is still a way to go on that score. Once Bywater, Leacock and Pearson are gone, then that must be it surely? Lets hope anyway.

There are rumours abound in my workplace at the moment about redundancies, and I can tell you it ain't doing much for morale and teamspirit. Have you considered that to get a spirit running though the club it might be better to be working with players who don't have the Sword of Damaclees (hope thats how its spelt) hanging above their heads?

young Roof, lurking in the shadows watching his 606 heroes! How come it took you 4 years to introduce yourself?!?!

SDS, dont assume that cos I blame all 3/10 performances on Clough and the coaches that I stand by GSE and the owners. I've asked Glick directly "what qualifies YOU, an American who probably didnt know of English football 5 years ago, to tell me, someone who's loved the game over 25 years, who is and isnt a good manager?".

Whilst I'd love the owners to give a 'gift' to the club in terms of a wedge of cash, if they're not going to, them I'm more than happy that they also wont sanction spending borrowed money on chasing the dream too.

3/10? Thats 30%, so 70% of the time you're happy with whats going on? I'd say that a fair percentile considering the circumstances!

I think you misunderstand the bulk of animosity towards GSE Mate, noones asking for "gifts" or "wedges". The vasy majority are merely asking to hear it how it is, instead of false promises and the feeling of being sold short and let down. If it had been made clear from the get go that our finances would be as pitiful as they have been then Im sure we could have cut some slack. It is wearing thin to hear the same old rhetoric spewed out every time ST renewals come round. We aint Mushrooms, we are Rams!

no, by 3/10, I mean player performances under Clough. At the moment, from what I've seen, there are many 8/10 performances and the odd 7/10 performance and a couple of 9/10 performances. I give Clough credit for this, or I would if I thought it wasnt a fluke! I'd happily be proven wrong and see Derby consolidate the position we're in right now!

I dont think we've been misled. Glick is far too cute in the way he chooses his words. You'd be amazed how much is down to interpretation. Some would argue that Tyson and Ward are the experienced strikers. Shackell and Fielding the household names/marquee signings.

They've always said that they'll do everything 'responsibly' which is the political/spin way of saying they aint being generous!
