75p

“@RFC_Union: For every £10 Rangers fans spend, RFC receive just 75p from Sports Direct. Full statement on disgraceful retail deal. http://twitter.com/RFC_Union/status/539538268057251842/photo/1"

Stevie.....what you are suggesting is akin to giving a robber your watch to avoid him taking your iPad , either way he's gonna take something from you! What we,re suggesting is you fight the robber by denying him both.
Fans are sick and this boil needs to be lanced, your actions will only drag it out and will lose supporters on the way.
As to alternative sources of income, the Board are already seeking this in the form of a share issue. King and Letham,s offer is still on the table , I'm certain Kennedy and Souness are still hovering too. Perhaps the ideal so,union would be a joint effort by these two groups but , believe me, there are people out there who will invest but NOT whilst Ashley is in " power ".

No matter what we do, we are going to continue getting robbed while these guys are in charge coop.

You talk as though you can stop the spivs taking money completely by not buying a ticket or a top....I dont think you can, they will take it regardless.

and as you say, there are people out there who want to invest, but simply wont because of who is in charge.

King hasnt done it because others were calling the shots and running the show.

When the other sources of income available to the board from external sources mean control must be relinquished, this board will expel all other avenues of making money before they give control up, the last option for them will be relinquishing control, hence why they took £2-3m from Ashley in exchange for 2 board members and no securities over Ibrox etc., over £16m from King and relinquishing of control, or £3m from Kennedy with safeguards to stop them using other things to make money.

You can talk about watches and iPads, its a bit of a $hitty metaphor, but basically, until these guys leave, we are going to get robbed, its going to happen, and I'll give the cvnts my watch for now in order to stop them stealing every fans iPad.

The bigger picture is, money is just money, it can be replaced, Ibrox cant

It might be a $hitty metaphor but it's an excellent simile !
We can argue all day but , in my opinion, the answer is not to keep giving and force them to put up or pash off.

While the club has assets, there is always something to take

"So let them take the entire assets then ffs!"

So instead of paying your money, getting a top and seeing a game, are you saying you think a better idea is not to give them that, and let them sell Ibrox off or something in order for them to get their money, is that what you are saying??

Of course I havent managed a business with a bigger turnover than Rangers.

All I am saying is ,starving them of retail income will only force them to look elsewhere to get their wad, and they will want their wad, regardless of where it comes from.

Do we really want to do that??

Will that be better of more harmful for the club??

Will being able to say "I'm not going to games, and they bastirts wont get my £40 for a top" be something worth saying if Ibrox gets sold off for lease next year, and the club doesnt see a penny of it, as money these cvnts expected to take from gate receipts and retail wasnt there??

I know continuing to feed them will keep them here, but they will not relinquish control until they have exhausted all avenues of milking us.

I have faith that Ashley will not look to milk a dying corpse, I beleive he will want to revive us, play the long term game, and look to make more money than any previous spiv we've had could, by turning the business aronud and sharing in its profits while it is a success.....much more money can be made this way.

To echo a post of yours from the past

Celtic are top of the league, and have a retail revenue of around £13-15m. If they qualify for the Champions League, thats another £20m in their pocket. Their overall turnover at the moment is in the region of £50-75m

At present, our turnover is £25m, our retail revenue is £7.6m, of which Sports Direct are only making a £3m profit, we have next to fck all tv money coming in, no money from Europe and fans are deserting the place due to the pi$h on the pitch as much as the pi$h in the boardroom.

This club is capable of making in excess of £50m a year when its at the top of Scottish Football playing in Europe

Do the maths
