Seems like the last time we played Brighton and I created a thread, it became the most commented and if I’m not mistaken It’s still going .
Brighton come to the iPro with a play-off hang-over and look worryingly inept at times. They are in the relegation zone which is surprising but remember last week at Elland Road? (No, we didn’t deserve anything).
Derby will be without Keogh and I for one will be interested to see how Shotton and Buxton shape up – interesting combination.
Martin still looking for his first goal in over 3(?) matches – this guy still has it and does so much for the team. Russell needs to ignite that spark again and become more consistent. Will Oscar be out-muscled again? Will Ibe turn the game on one piece of individual brilliance?
Lots of questions – add your own to the Derby/Brighton thread…..somehow don’t think we’lll mange 2001 comments this afternoon.

I think had we scored one or more on the break after going 3-0 up we'd probably all be saying good tactics to sit back and catch them out.
Our sitting back game did look a bit crap first half though will admit that. Only team in the top 5 not to concede a goal too.

I don't think the sitting back was a 'game' or tactic though, just a loss of focus for a bit. Like I say, it happens. We need to take the rough with the smooth sometimes otherwise there are going to be a lot of unhappy rams out there.
I would take yesterdays performance and result every week

Brighton were useless but got better when Ince came on. You would have to be a pretty useless manager to leave him out of the starting line up.
I would think Hyppia will get sacked in the morning.

It says much that we win 3-0 the opposition have zero shots on target (according the the ever reliable bbc) and people are saying it wasn't a great performance!
We are highest goalscorers in the league, averaging almost 2 goals per game have the second best defence in the league and we had this game sewn up after 20 minutes - may as well let the defence have a bit of practice, they wont have played together much in a match

We are second highest goal scorers after Bournemouth and Boro and Sheff Wed have conceded less goals. The most important statisitic is that we have won more games than anyone else, hence our position.
