There seem to be a lot of people on here who are saying how wonderful Giroud is but not long ago most were saying he must be replaced. He has looked better since coming back from injury but I think this was because he was fresh and is starting to lose that freshness so is starting to return to his usual level that so many people were unhappy with.
Those who have consistently backed him need not reply, although my opinion is different to yours I respect your consistency. This is about the fickle fans.
Why the Giroud love all of a sudden?

What Giroud love in? We were all cursing him out in the thread, and deservedly.
Just because some criticise a player (rightly or wrongly) doesn't mean they can celebrate with joy whenever he does something right.
I am not his biggest fan, and never will be, but i am happy when he is doing a job worthy of an Arsenal player.

P.s if he scored a hat-trick today i would still swap him with Higuain Jan 1st if the chance arose.

I certainly don't 'love' Giroud.
But there is no denying that when he has played this season, he has done very well. Give credit where it's due.
That being said, his actions today were inexcusable. He's gonna be suspended for 3 key games where we definitely could have used him. Hope he is fined as much as is legally possible.

Because Giroud is quality, despite what some arsenal "fans" say on here

Giroud is the best of a very bad bunch.
Being happy with Giroud as our first choice is like being happy you have herpes because it's better than aids and ebola.

Quality striker, like Brazilian Ronaldo without the pace.

Great analogy. And Giroud being compared to a Brazilian legend, now I've seen everything on this board

You sure you know what you talking about? I am not to be honest.
